Ron was incredibly helpful for a late check in!
The check in was terrible, there is no physical person at a desk, its a person working remote on a kiosk with cameras that you talk to. Literally every time for the 2 nights I had booked, the room key cards didnt work so I had to go back to the lobby and talk to a person through a camera on a kiosk to get a machine to produce new key cards. And I had to return my old one, my friend had the other key, but when they canceled the one key, it canceled both. Clean, Great location, friendly service. Room wasn't the fanciest but it was clean!
DISGUSTING!!! First issue started when our room key didn’t work seconds after checking in. Bathroom had random hair around it and stuck under the door. Bathroom door got caught on the warped floor and when attempting to open it after doing my business, the handle broke off completely. Husband had to use our car keys to try and turn the mechanism inside it so I could get out. Something told me to check the mattress for bedbugs or something.
