We are recently dealing with the fact that my husband had a massive stroke. The Nurses at the hospital, pulled together and paid for 11 nights in the hotel room, We haven’t had any issues until Today, which is day five, I got a phone call while we were at the hospital from the staff saying that because my daughter had an accident in the bed we were gonna either have to pay $250 or check out tomorrow which is four days early. Breakfast only consist of two different types of cereal and oatmeal. The service behind the desk wasn't going to check me in after my company had made me reservation. Will not be staying here again i hope. The rooms need to be updated.

Very horrible customer service! We have stayed here for years throughout our business and the way this hotel treats its members who have rewards etc is horrid! I book room all the time for employees and this is the only hotel that gives us issues and removes my reservations and points and they go elsewhere but not to our account. Very sad to say we will be taking our business elsewhere now. This has happened at least 5 times now even with credit card auth sent to them.
