Our room was infested with roaches! Currently waiting for a refund as I immediately canceled the remainder of our stay. The woman at the counter didnt even seem surprised.
Great location to stop in and rest. Rooms are great and beds are comfortable.
Great value, rooms were clean and modern. Beautiful pool and gardens area. No breakfast, but didnt mind that it was a great price and right off the highway. The worst hotels I've ever seen on the OTHER side of Golden Gate were a minimum of 500 bucks up to 8,000 a night! Insane! Stay at this hotel, its well worth the drive!
The staff was incredibly patient professional and nice worked through booking issues with minimal pushback. The room smelled almost like 1 day old fresh paint . Probably due to maintenance just was a bit unbearable for awhile aired it out and its almost gone. Nice convenient location just far away from the city with ease . I suggest using skip lagged for booking and if you have to politely insist they should honor the price of your booking it went from 110 to 73 dollars within 3 hours of my check in.
