Where do I start? At first they put me in a smoking room. I couldn’t even step through the doorway. Who even allows smoking in hotels anymore? After what felt like forever, I was assigned to a non-smoking room. I was so exhausted I needed to sleep more than anything. Very clean, ac quiet
The beds were uncomfortable. The beds had bugs in it that me and my brother were both itchy from. And the rooms smell bad.
Was here on business and a few things were wrong first day I got there my frig was broken so I asked for a replacement they continue to give me the run around and still I never got the frig replace this hotel is not worth staying the pool is not a pool it’s a swamp witch makes the property ten times worse with mosquitos. The mosquitos are so bad as soon as u open your door they all run inside the room so you will be getting bit all night. Pulled into parking lot. Pool was dark green with trash floating in it. Roof over entry way looked to be falling in. Exterior was dilapidated and falling apart. The office interior did not appear much better. Cancelled reservation through Priceline. Photos online did not show the actual conditions. Highly recommend avoiding it as it looks like the plaque.
