Had to stop due to weather. Room floor was dirty, garbage in the refrigerator, no chairs, no microwave, no coffee pot. Website says breakfast, but they don’t. Cockroach on the wall. We practically had to beg for a chair, they had a room full.
No hot water and the door didn’t close in bathroom because the toilet purchased for room was too big. There was a large bloodstain on the top sheet, when I went down to ask for a fresh one the front desk worker said “the management doesn’t trust me with the laundry keys”. The lady working at the front desk was the only positive experience of staying here. Sounds like this place needs new management. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The main issue was the lack of hygiene. The beds and the room showed clear deficiencies in cleanliness, which seriously affected the comfort and the overall experience of the stay.
