Whenever I travel to Pasadena, CA, I have always received good service, clean rooms, and stayed at Days Inn.
When I arrived at the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the woman at the front desk talking to a man through a security window. She let me into the office but there was still a divider between the desk and the customers in the lobby. I also saw food trash in the parking lot. I was concerned at this point, but knew I'd made a terrible mistake when I entered the room. The room looked NOTHING like the photos advertised on their website.
