Had a great stay. Chris and Jay were super helpful and had excellent hospitality service while we were visiting Nashville. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years no problem on my end but they are extremely racists and discriminating. My last few times coming, They have lied multiple times upon my name saying that I destroyed property( a crack in the window) and other lies such as "leaving the room a mess" , resulting in them not wanting to give me a room. The room had roaches. A TRANSFORMER blew and I didnt have power for 4 hours. It was 100 degrees outside with no air conditioner. The hotel staff told me to use the OUTSIDE swimming pool as a solution. Fyi: I cant swim. I knew it was going to be a horrible stay when i seen The room I was booked in had a piece of plywood covering the window. The hotel staff was rude & couldn't speak good English.
