The room was clean and and comfortable but the wall mounted air conditioner was defective. It didn't respond to the remote control even after the front desk clerk provided new batteries and it didn't respond to the manual temperature control buttons on the unit. We finally got the room temperature comfortable by switching the mode control between different settings. Our room was fully renovated and beautiful. The sheers were lovely but blackout drapes had a few holes in them. Really nice bathroom and dressing room and closet. Two t.v.’s! One opposite comfortable bed and one in nice sitting room above desk and couch. Mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker- all good. Good continental breakfast- yogurt, fresh fruit (apples oranges), 5 cereals, porridge, waffles/bread toaster, bagels, hard boiled cold eggs, all nice! Great location and outstanding service by the staff. Special shoutout to AJ who was super helpful dealing with some technical issues on the booking side and was able to get issues resolved.
