ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE!!! The man at the desk was very helpful, and very understanding and refunded us , but we had to look for another room at 11:00 at night.
This is a nightmare !!! Hands down the worst ever. Woke up at 4:30 am to find a roach in the bed. Will not be Back!! The room smelled like piss so bad that you didn't want to breathe.
This hotel was less than par. The price could've been slightly more reasonable, but not bad. Many hotels along the Blvd. tend to lack in the service dept. I only speculate it's due to staffing issues. Idk. Our room's carpet was soaked following a heavy rain due to a bad seal around the large oceanfront window.
