I talked to this front desk 3 weeks and 2weeks before my trip, was told eveything was fine. I talked to corporate also they said eveything was fine. The day before we left i got a cancellation email. I immediately called the front desk and they said it was because they couldnt charge my cc on file i said noone in the past 3 weeks told me that and i have talked to the front desk twice. The lady was rude and said she coudlnt reopen my cancelled reservation nor give me the same rate. i'd have to pay the higher rate and re-reser... read more
Mi gente fue un viaje si pensar y no encontre otro hotel y me fui a este hotel y nombre había cucarachas esta terriblemente viejo señor dueño esfuérzate mas en la limpieza tuve que abandonar el hotel y perdí mi dinero pues no me sentia cómoda ahí no les miento mi gente .
We will not go back to this location. Run down, dirty and very very old rooms
