Service was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great to be what it was. Don't ever expect to have more coffee made if they run out!!!!
My room, 306, had roaches. I think a refund is in order. Also, every night there were some loud guests with no courtesy of others. A bum was hanging out in the shadows of the covered parking spots. He almost got shot when he walked towards me asking for money.
Let's just say we left after an hour of being there with no refund offered. When we arrived our room keys wouldn't work. The hotel was run down like it hasn't seen a remodel since the 1900s. We rode the elevator to the top floor and when we got off the elevator their was a sign on it stating it was out of order. When asked about the elevator the front desk told us it was to give the elevator a break and to make people use the stairs more. The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, the only thing that was worth it was the view, the place is dirty, nasty, has a neglected appearance, roaches, the elevator seems to be never maintained, it was even out of service for 1 day, I was there for 4 days and all 4 days there was trash in the corner of the hallway, it smells like cigarettes when it is supposed to be a cigarette-free zone, the blankets had hair on them, the toilet had poop, they don’t dust ANYTHING I think they only make the bed if they see it “half c... read more
