The clerk was not a nice person, seem like she had big attitude and the hall rug was nasty dirty and the room floor was gritty and dusty.
I booked for a double room, they didn’t have connecting rooms. I had to cancel, front desk assured me the transaction would be canceled. I booked through booking and was never refunded. They do not answer the phone .
Ms. Phyllis was the absolute best
Beds uncomfortable. Hole in a door and a broken faucet. We never got any extra towels. We stayed 5 days. Told us we had to check out a day before we were supposed too. Refusing to give refund for a crap stay
