Front desk clerk, older white woman, is mean, and not nice at all. And they don't serve orange, apple or no juice at all for breakfast, not even water.. Just coffee.. It's only good to get a good night's sleep 😴
Terrible and very unclean and unorganized
Room was disgusting. I checked out and was still charged for the remainder of my stay. I left to check in at Sheraton .
The absolute worst experience ever!! My son got a room there and the AC didn't work, bathroom was nasty and girl at the front desk was rude! He asked for a refund because they didn't fix the AC and wasn't going to stay in a hot room all week on vacation! She said she couldn't that night but come the next morning and they could. So, they stayed with us that night and we went back in the next morning for the refund. That woman first said no refunds!
