Never again. An employee believed we had left and came to the room at 8:30 at night toting a vacuum to make it look legit. We were in the room. She opened the door. She looked surprised, like she'd been caught.
Room was very shabby and in need of an update. The TV had horrible reception. The management put us in an upstairs room after we had specified we needed a downstairs room. (There were rooms downstairs available. )
