Very good and affordable place in town Clan rooms,breakfast included They have free semi truck parking,if you are staying in a hotel,very polite and helpful stuff I'll be back
This hotel is a huge disappointment. You'd expect a decent room, but what you get is a space that's been heavily smoked in for years. The smell of leaking water is noticeable in many rooms, and the fact that homeless individuals use the back of the property as a hangout spot means you're often relegated to those areas. I've had the misfortune of staying here multiple times before realizing that no hotel in Modesto is worth visiting, except for Residence Inn.
