Mensen 5 weken west kust 16 hotels wij vinden mensen die zo!!!veel klagen ik kan zo 10 hotels op noemen die duurder zijn ga dan daar heen dit vonden na 2 dagen verblijven een heel goed hotel aardig personeel en na 25 keer in vs geweest weten wij waar we over praten
pool is closed and according to locals has been for over 2 years the place looks like it is falling apart inside and out when we arrived no one was at the counter and when we called per the not the lobby phone just rang we walked away and found a different hotel we canceled our 2 night reservation, and have registered complaints with Wyndham directly hoping toget part of our money back
We tried to check in on Friday the 27th of June. Person at desk was not at all helpful. Asked about price, seemed put off. Asked if our Wyndham rewards helped reduce, "no, this area is expensive." Wife Asked if we could see the room, he rolled his eyes and said, "I'm not supposed to!" At that, I told him nevemind if it was gonna be too much trouble. We walked out. Found a great place down the road for our two night stay.
Do not book here!!!!!!! I booked a room and ended up cancelling the room and they still charged me for the room and they won’t even bother getting back to me! Horrible customer service. After reading that there is bed bugs, I’m glad I didn’t stay here.
