GREEDY. Hotels near me came up with this location. Turns out it was over 50 miles away, so I called to cancel the reservation. I was told I had to submit the request online through Booking.com. Notification this morning stated my refund was denied, charging me the whole $93 despite the request being made no more than 10 minutes after booking and for a room that was already marked as vacant at my booking at 1am
Rooms were adequate clean and well maintained.our room h adequate a problem with the phone.
Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Didn't think much about the breakfast. Not much there and dark dining room. Hard to find the desk person at night. And work crew painting and house keeping knocks early whe you have to be out by 11.00. Really didn't get the Guest relationship feeling. Just a weird vibe.
