Las habitaciones están muy limpias, el servicio es genial, la gente es muy atenta, la cafetería está muy limpia, la piscina es bien acogedora, en general el Hotel es muy acogedor. Tenemos pensado volver, la verdad que nos gustó mucho el Hotel, simple pero muy bonito y acogedor.

The reservation specialist was misleading. We were told it would have a pull out couch and the desk clerk said they didn't have couches in the property. We were also told it was the last room but there were only 3 tenants. This terminology seems to be a selling tactic. There is no continental breakfast if any one is interested.
J’en étais à ma cinquième fois à cet endroit et j’ai toujours été très satisfait,mais octobre 2025 a été ma grande déception. Nouvelle administration,chambre pas très propre,presque rien de disponible pour le déjeuner ,il n’y avait plus de musique à la piscine extérieur (ce qui donnait une belle ambiance)le seul côté positif c’est que l’on à seulement à traverser la rue pour se retrouver à Graceland.
I've been trying to get ahold of the manager they charged me three times for a one-night stay every time I call nobody answers or the phone hangs up the clerk at the front desk is probably 90 years old very shady area I would stay at the hotel in Graceland never again
