It was clean room I guess. Breakfast was definitely not what you think it would be when you see it advertised but overall front desk was helpful and stay was pleasant and quite.
The staff member on July 19th went above and beyond to help our situation. We had our room booked and didn't arrive until 4am coming from out of State..there were only 2 rooms available which were upstairs , no elevator . I have a broken hip and pins and rods in my lower spine . I am unable to walk up stairs . The man was going to refund our money but were Diamond members and we booked with points. People were in the pool area after midnight being rowdy. Found children's clothes and a used towel in the room. Roaches roaches roaches. You might take them home with you.
Room was very dirty, lots of bugs and hair balls on the sheets thought was bedbugs at first. There are huge cracks in the doorways so bugs are getting in.
I have been staying here, it's good experience
