First, I hope Kim gets recognized by this review. She was pretty awesome at the front desk and made sure that my stay was comfortable. She went above and beyond but I mean for the price you get a nice comfortable sleep. It’s somewhat quiet. You do here periodically your neighbor is going in and out of their rooms slamming the doors I think on purpose but whatever other than that, the bed is comfortable the rooms are clean. Do not stay here, there was bed bugs!!!
I would give them a 1/2 star if I could they dont even deserve a star at all that's hiw bad they are there was no breakfast the heat didn't work in the room my room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the manager after I gave them papers for my support dogs they still charged me then charged me a late check out even though I booked for a week and only stayed 1 day. This hotel.is a rip off and I suggest no one ever stay there
Zero stars, beyond gross, loud, filthy, stinky, false advertisement, worst ever.
Had to drive ten miles to the middle of nowhere. TV had to be dictonnected and reconnectex, which was a pain without tools. Remote didn't work even with fresh batteries. TV only showed the same show on every station. Nice room, trash attempt at entertainment. Dismissive help from the office. The breakfast they advertise on Google isn't offered anymore.
