I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I forgot my AirPods on the nightstand, and I confirmed their location with my phone. I called the hotel so they could secure them. They said they would call me back, but they never did. In the end, I had to call again, and they told me nothing was found. However, I know they were there because my phone showed it. Overall, not a good experience
Great place to stop on my way to northern MN.! I stopped in at 10:30 pm and Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. The shower was awesome! There is a pool, but I did not use that, but I saw others in there. Nice breakfast area which I used. Definitely would stay here again!!! Oh! I asked if they had a veteran's discount, and showed my proof, and I received a discount! Thank you!
The owner the Indian lady at the front desk she is really rude and I added my youngest son and got the roll away for our second third and fourth nights at the hotel. But then he only was there for two nights and my other son tried to return the roll away and she said to bring it back to the room so what would have been a $30 charge was still a $60 charge as they charged me for all four nights for the rollaway ridiculous. Rooms were very clean and up to date. Pool was nice and the hot tub was very hot!!
If I could mark negative customer service I would, old lady at fronts been there 26 years and still don't know how to talk to people. She couldn't even make a key card.. Also her and owners wife team up on guest. Will be reporting to HR
