The email we received informed us that we had until 3pm-11pm to check in. We arrived at 6pm to the front desk receptionist who told us that they canceled our reservation and that they called us to notify us. When really they hadn’t called or notified us. Smh. Very unfriendly front desk and please believe the previous reviews who are talking about this particular individual.
The people that run/manage this place are awful to deal with. I paid for the rooms in the Wyndham site for an employee, not only did they want him to pay again when he checked in they wanted $250 cash as deposit. Something is seriously wrong here.
Horrible place and especially terrible management. Managers family playing in front of entry door, not moving for customers, with an older family member smoking nearby (also possibly hotel staff). Dirty and smoky everywhere. When my friend tried to help me bring in my luggage, prior to carrying in my wife, staff refused them entry. My wife is disabled, and they didn't provide an accessible room, offer assistance, or allow my cousin to help.
