On August 9th my fiancé was trying to book a room for her birthday hotel front desk charged her card when they told her that they wouldn’t charge her card when we arrive at the hotel on August 10 at 12:27 when arriving at the hotel, Andy Gonzalez he was extremely rude when I was trying to purchase the room, he charged my card and then said it got declined when they took the money out of my bank. Room 207 king suit best room in the house!!! Awesome service! Front desk is amazing!!!!
This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff are completely rude, they double charge you then yell at you and cut you off when asking for a refund. The manager is just as bad as the front desk staff and told me I have to figure out how to get a refund from my bank on my own when I told him I can email him both receipts.
Checked out earlier and was a fantastic place to stay. Our family got 2 rooms which were nicely renovated, and they were spacious with very nice bathrooms. Also, super nice pool and hot tub. Overall great for the price and we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was unusually hot that weekend so the first night our room was warm but tolerable. The AC machine is very loud and on most of the night just to keep the room a comfortable temperature. However, we kept it at 62 for the whole day with shades drawn and when we came back it was at least 85 degrees in the room.
