Cancelled my reservation less than 1 week in advance. Unacceptable with no reason whatsoever only that they were closed. Website says "temporarily closed" confirming this and when I tried calling actually number at hotel just kept getting voicemail. Guess many of the negative reviews must have did something and probably got shut down for a health or building code violation. Good. Stay shut down no one wants to do business with a rundown and dirty hotel anyway.
Booked a 6 weeks in advance for an out of state trip. Received a check in prior to arrival text the morning of, which I do. I received a call a few hours later; 4.5 hours before hotel arrival (while boarding our flight) notifying us the hotel was closed/ no longer in business. I seriously thought this was a prank. I was left stranded. I booked this hotel for the weekend with my family and showed up and realized this hotel has been closed for a very long time, weeks or months. But Booking still sold me this reservation. The listed phone number is a reservation hotline. Nobody is on the premises. Do not book here.
I had reservations for July 2 and received a pre-arrival confirmation. When I arrive there was a sign on the door stating they were closed until further notice. I was never notified of this in advance.
