From the perspective of someone moving cross-country and needed a quick stay for the night, this place worked well. Booked the room at around 8pm-9pm in person for a room with a king size bed, which also included what looked like sort of an office room with a desk and ironing board. Water pressure worked great, and the temperature was right where you would expect it to be at the setting you want. Very clean hotel, .. Crystal from the front desk very nice...Rooms are nice clean comfortable beds! Breakfast was good. Good bang for your buck for this hotel. Walking distance to Garden of the Gods,... Very close to downtown for shopping and restaurants

Nice and quiet room, large and clean bathroom, fridge and microwave worked fine. Breakfast was okay, they could do better. Location is great, and you can get a nice view also from your room window.
Nice location for visiting Manitou Springs and nearby attractions. Room was clean. It is a noisy hotel. The walls are thin. The breakfast is lacking.
