The rooms are out dated. The coffee pot was missing everything. When I checked in she could not find my reservation and when she did she had someone else drivers license attached to it. Gave me another room but the keys did not work then wanted me to go to a room where the people were smoking weed outside. The 3 room had dirty towels and broken a/c ripped up chair and curtains. Dusty. For the amount of money that is paid from each guest these should be taken care of. I informed the front desk and they didn’t seem to care.

I've stayed here long term for work and the staff is wonderful, the hotel is close to everything and just a short drive from downtown Madison.

You're better off sleeping on the street in New York City. Just one of the worst hotels I've been in on 5 continents, don't waste your time or money. Totally disgusting

Rooms are filthy dirty, sheets look like they haven't been changed in a month, water pressure is almost non-existent. Lots of trash in the hallways. The furniture in the guest rooms looks like it came from a flea market. The owners of this property obviously have no interest in maintaining or improving it. There are much better options nearby. Never again.

Air very cold. Water nice and hot. Room very clean. Staff super accommodating. Def recommend
