I have family that lives there and frankly the rooms not worth $2000 a month you can't cook in the room no stove they have a pool but want clean it they can't keep maintenance people they don't want to pay them properly. The place has a smell the windows are screwed shut carpets dirty. Frankly if people paying that much to have some where to live they should have all the comfort and the owners should be ashamed of them selves. All I can say is DO NOT stay here take your money to a different hotel . I stopped here for a one night stay and regret it .This hotel is not sanitary Stains on the bed sheets and bath towels and wash cloths ,the bathroom vent in the ceiling was missing , toilet would not flush ,some type of white powder was in the corners of the baseboards, stains on the furniture that was in the room. Tried to reserve a room over Zelle and had to stop payment due to the ignorant female night clerk telling me I should have sent it to her phone, but she gave me an email address to send it to. My brother had broken down in his vehicle but now thanks to this ignorant clerk he has to sleep in his vehicle at 1;00 a.m. until morning. Ignorant clerk, you weren't helpful AT ALL.
This place is not it I want my money back y’all should be charging folks 20 a night for the way this place is also why are y’all workers sleeping at the front desk it no Wi-Fi ,food,hot water,no housekeeping ,Wi-Fi does not work ,ceiling leaking and I payed almost 200 for 2 nights not acceptable
