I stayed for one night with my family as all the neighbouring hotels were fully booked, and we were absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in our room. There were food crumbs and hair under the beds, dirt in the lamps, and large stains on the walls. The room clearly needs a thorough deep clean and the walls need scrubbing and repainting. Stayed in this hotel because it was cheap and now i know why. when we first walked in our room was in the basement which reminded me of a dungeon. there is white stains all over the carpet and just reminded me of something that was in a horror movie. we got into our room and the door gets stuck so you can’t open or close it without basically kicking it. there is stains all over the walls aswell as black mold in the bathroom. the only thing clean in this room was the sheets. also there is absolutely no ventilation and the A/C... read more
Needed a last minute reservation during a chaotic hectic weekend and ended up here. Zero complaints. Modern decor, responsive staff, spacious rooms. The bed was beyond comfy and provided perfect respite to my weary body but it was the exceptional service I remember the most, starting from Nadim at the front desk, whose jokes and easy demeanor made my stressful day better and made check in a breeze. Easy 5 stars.

Overall the room suited our needs for a one night stay as a place to crash. That said the property seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Our room door was jammed and didn't open properly without me shouldering it open body check style. The odor of smoke in the room was overpowering. Holes and stains on the walls. High price point for the state of the property.
