Rooms were nice and it was in a good location.
Let me start by saying I understand this is a lower priced motel but even so we had blood on one pillow case, dried toilet paper in bathroom door frame, and our door would not open with guest key only management key so anytime we left and came back someone from the office had to come down and let us in.
Was good place to stay if someone is in the hospital and just need a place to stay cheap but rooms need upgraded but the people who work there very nice and the pool was great to
Room was dirty and had roaches crawling. I have pics and videos of both. When checking out was told good luck getting your money back. We had booked for a week due to baby in children's. Also paid 100 deposit. Have called twice and no response in regards to a refund for the rest of the week.
I enjoyed my experience here it was at the heat of the moment didn't have nowhere else to go staff that work here is very respectable and understandable thank you from Tywas Campbell
