I had the biggest and blackest ring in the tub after a long day of traveling 15 hours. To get to a tub that looks like someone took a bath before I got there. The room was too be non smoking it smelled like smoke with an ash tray meaning it's a smoking room not a non-smokers room. If a guest is asking for a specific room and actually purchased that same thing online. Can't actually walk into a lobby to check in. Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, drug dealers knocking on doors. We felt very unsafe. It's very dirty and I doubt they ever clean. Very rude also.
I give this place ZERO stars in every area. False advertisement of cleanliness and being newly remodeled. My husband and I felt very unsafe and had people with Crack pipes and etc. Harassing us , knocking on door and following us. I complained to manager about roaches, filthiness, and criminal activity. They were very very rude and unaccomadating. We were there from out of town for medical reasons. Plus I am a Wyndham member with nearly 12,000 points. They refused to move us or refund. Disgusting place.
The lady who checked me in was wonderful, however, the people on the day of checkout were horrible. I’ll never stay there again even if I’m desperate.
