If I can give 0 I would horrible customer service and no type of respect for active duty Komal threw my cac ID whenever I declined her over expensive offer to stay in one night
The room we ok but could have been cleaned better. A little bleach on the shower tile remove the black mold. There was hair on the floor and two light bulbs were missing. I was expecting much for $77. You get what you pay for.
That ridiculous owner response: "We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations and appreciate your feedback." Can't you come up with anything more sincere than this stupid script? All it says is 1) too bad and 2) we have no plans to improve. Is this really what you want to convey?
Where else you take them people been hanfing around your house when you need your place back for a night
