The rooms are infested with roaches. The website said free pets and she charged me $30 for my cat. When I called the front desk to report the roaches she said all she could do was switch rooms where a huge brown recluse spider waiting on me in the new room and if there's roaches in one room they are probably in all of them. I can't even bring my things in bc I don't want everything infested with roaches. There's no way I'll be able to sleep here and today is my birthday. This is completely unacceptable! 8/5/26 rm 103. Clayton was very nice and got me into a very decent room and for the price!!! It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Nice older hotel, needs some updates, and a little more staff, but all in all it wasn't bad.
The price is hard to beat, but it comes with value too! Way cleaner than some of the hotels I have seen, visually and olfactorily. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I can see that she cares about her work. Made a suggestion that I switch from a smoking room (which I booked by mistake) to a non-smoking one. Overall very satisfied.
This hotel is located next to a gentleman's bar. When you get out of your car, you can hear the music from the club. When trying to get a room later in the night, you have to go to a side entrance that is secured by bullet proof glass and smells like urine. I decided it wasn't safe and went up the road 18 miles for a cleaner, safer location.
