We have not sleep all night, because of terrible bed bugs. It was so awful. First of all never again would stay in yours hotel, second of all will report to health department. Manager was’t there and we left complain w front desk person. We stayed in yours hotel july17-18, room 116. Usually we coming every summer for a Tanglewood concert and never had this kind of problem before.
The hotel was in a lovely area. The staff member was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.
Terrible, believe the bad reviews. We stayed their and the first room that we stayed in the window didn't lock. So we were given another room. Then in the new room the carpet was dirty, the curtain rod broke, their were several fire hazards and the TV was taped together. So all in all DON'T STAY HERE!
It was a place to lay your head and nothing more. Bedding appeared clean and bathroom appeared clean. But beyond that things in the room were old and falling apart.
