As soon as my family and I pulled into the parking lot it was completely empty. That was our first bad sign. We went into the lobby and I have no clue who helped us, but he was NOT helpful. We had a reservation for the 10th-11th of August and he claimed it was for the 11th-12th which it should NOT have been because Neel claimed he fixed the dates. Dirty water comes out of some of their faucets. You would think they would fix this instead of trying to play dumb about it.
I gave the Room 4 stars as there was a not so nice office chair that was shedding pieces of vinyl on the floor. Otherwise very nice room and the best shower ever. The service was fine. We checked in and were able to pick what floor we were on the young man was friendly. Location was perfect for our travels.
Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Easy access. It was hard to find a place open for dinner on a Sunday night. Woody's is a great place to eat, but was closed.
3rd stay here, and will stay here again!
