The room was clean went I went in but I woke up at 4 am because the bed has this lil animals that they were itching me I left at 5 am after I shower I just got to Ontario California and everything is itching me they need to clean everything in there
Booked hotel through expedia, got there. Told I couldn't get my room since im 20 and not 21, canceled the room without my permission and I got no money back. Down 232+ dollars. Dont recommend for young adults trying to have a vacation. Horrible service and hotel manager.
