Everyone was great and Absolutely clean and welcoming place.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Days Inn by Wyndham. The customer service was unacceptable from start to finish. I called the front desk to ask where the airport shuttle would pick me up, but the staff failed to provide clear directions. Because of their poor communication, I missed the shuttle. As a senior citizen, I expected at least a little patience and assistance, but instead, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy. This location is great if you need something close to the airport. It is across the street. LAS is huge though…so it would be a walk. It’s within walking distance in my opinion to MGM. Rooms are basic and clean. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The manager James went above and beyond to help me with a special request. He made my check in easy and it was very appreciated after a crazy travel day with lots of delays. Thank you James!
