The room had dirty towels in the bathroom. With black hair on them. There was trash on the floor. Plus only have two towel for two people. People not very friendly at all. Look else where not here .
This place is not worth staying at all. Don’t waste your money. Person at reception was friendly. Assigned us a room, when we went to the room as usual I would check the room for cleanliness. Observed body hair on the bed linen. We had to change the room. Room is below average. There is no coat closet in the room, no coffee maker in the room. This hotel is disgusting has roaches, bed bugs and they know it. We checked in and within 5 minutes saw roaches everywhere the matress was covered with a plastic cover and a light which means it is detecting bud bug activity. When I told the staff all that was said was sorry nothing else. Disgusting hotel/motel and should be shut down. This is unacceptable. The room even had food behind the bed cookies roaches and so many other things.
The rooms have been renovated but the bathroom fan didn’t work and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. There were stains on the furniture, bed sheets, and towels. The lobby looked run down with a bathroom that was out of order. The price was right except that they charged almost double for my last night’s stay. The rooms weren’t cleaned for the entirety of our stay and had to beg daily for bathroom towels. They told us they could only give us one less than we asked for, repeatedly. THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES!!!!!!! TOOK PICTURES AND WENT TO THE DESK TO TELL THEM THEY WANTED TO SWITCH US ROOMS!!! WE PAID FOR 5 DAYS AND THEY REFUSED TO EVEN GIVE US A PARTIAL REFUND!!!!! IT WONT LET ME UPLOAD A PICTURE. The people across the hall SLAMMED their door all night long and then we were woke up at 5am to them literally screaming and fighting.
