Horrible customer service and management. As soon as I open the door and went to the bathroom I noticed mold on the ceiling, and there are cobwebs within the lamps. Never ever coming here again. Just a horrible experience overall.
very convenient place for me. had to go for the Water Survival Training. very nice hotel and very nicely managed. very friendly people
I arrived and checked in. They ran my credit card and gave me a room key. I went to the room and the key did not work. I had to carry my luggage back down stairs and get the key program again. I went back upstairs and try the key again. It did not work. I went back down stairs and was given another room. I went to the room and found that the A/C did not work.
