I’m a 54 year old seasoned traveler. I’ve stayed in 5 star and 1 star. We’re in town for International Festival and just wanted a place to land at night. This hotel is CLEAN. No carpets, good firm new mattresses (I pulled back the sheets and looked, brand new), good pillows, lots of chargers and usb plugs on the nightstand, no annoying lamps, large dorm fridge with small freezer, microwave, in room coffee (none of that is shown on their hotels.com listing), clean locked hallway, safe looking area of town. Rooms are typical for the price. Not a whole lot of frill. Clean safe quiet though. No elevators which I thought was weird.
Do not come here. Front desk really confused and not very smart. Mixed up my room, put me on second floor where I was surround by nothing but men and no where around my coworkers. Asked front desk 3TIMES if my room k. First floor was available and he said no. Turns out he lied to my after I asked him. The. When I said well I want my room he said no and gave it to someone else. Worst hotel experience and the hotel really looks like people get trafficed here. Dirty stink hot and toliets look disgusting. Never again .
