Congratulations! You’ve found a hotel that allows fraud! One of their “guests” used my information to schedule a room , and when I called, they said,”well we can’t help you, call the police or something”. Very unprofessional and I hope whoever Kwasi O’Neal is, they get their life together.
I would zero stars id I could.This hotel was so nasty and the photos are what the rooms look like. The rooms were non smoking but both polyester comforters had huge burn holes in them. One bed had a spider in it. The hotel has refused to provide a refund stating that I did not provide them notification after finding the spider in the bed.
