if i could give 0 stars, i would. this place robbed me of $75 because they couldn't do a split payment of a security deposit (that was not clearly listed on the site i booked from and intentionally hard to find) and the staff was nonnegotiable, unhelpful, and incredibly uncaring as they denied me access to the room i had already paid for before kicking me out of the lobby for loitering at night as i tried to figure out where i was going to stay. they then listed my booking as "no show" which, even though its not true, made m... read more
The woman with glasses at the front desk is awesome. Some of the staff are great and very cheerfully helpful. Others not so friendly. The rooms facing the street are newer and nicer. Breakfast is very minimal.
The guy at the desk said that there was a 50 dollar deposit in fine print on a 3rd party website but I looked at another booking and there was no where stating there was a 50 dollar deposit and I told him I had a couple of drinks and he instantly questioned me about driving which was none of his business and accused me of driving a vehicle when my fiancé was driving me because I was not sober enough to drive. Do not book here. They have bed bugs. We asked for a refund. They wouldn't refund. It'd filthy.
