If I could give 0's all around I would. Do NOT stay at this motel the receptionist is rude and when I asked about if the location is available to cats the answer was no then I proceeded to get hung up on. After calling back and saying I have a few more questions I got told that "i dont know why your asking, you have a cat so you can't stay here" again DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE MONEY this is the worst service I have received and even tried to call Customer Service for a complaint and went in circles for hours because I can't tal... read more
“How long does it take for the deposit to be refunded?”
I was just looking for 8 hours sleep while moving my daughter out of her college appartment. I had stayed at a Days Inn years ago so opted to go low cost. Walking into the lobby I knew I had made a mistake. When I went to the room, I decided not to stay the night and turned my key in at the front desk. I went online, booked at the Tru on 6th.
O hotel está bem localizado e os quartos são bons, espaçosos. O serviço de limpeza é eficiente. Porém, o café da manhã oferecido não condiz com a foto que vimos no site. Também percebemos que os responsáveis do hotel não estavam preocupados ou interessados em oferecer algo melhor quando questionamos.
Es un lugar muy básico, propio para personas de paso, es viejo y las cubrecamas con huecos, el internet no es bueno
