I checked into the hotel around 6 immediately had to change rooms because the shower was covered in mold and had dead bugs in it. Then around 10pm I went to shower and had no hot water. The lady at the desk after 20 minutes of argueing let me use a shower in another room. All 3 rooms I was in felt very wet, like high moisture level. Definitely probably wont be back, I was there for one night and it was far too much trouble.
Charge fees after confirming fees will not be charged. Not clean.
Rooms were clean and updated. Walls were thin as neighboring room had TV blaring at 5 a.m....could not sleep. Could hear even with ear plugs in.. Complained to service desk...couldn't care less. Breakfast was a huge joke. No muffins, although labeled, just a wrapped cookie. Waffles only option. Fruit was wrinkled and old.
