Woke up to roaches crawling on me, roaches in coffee maker. No hot water night of stay or the next morning. I travel for a living and this was the worst place to stay! You would think being a Wyndham property and charging almost $90 for 4 hours of downtime it would have been better..never again. I asked to speak with the manager, manager not available and she would call me back. I've never heard from them..
I had to turn around before I got there due to family emergency beyond my control and there is no way to contact hotel and they still charged me for entire stay instead of one night like every other hotel does even though they said that's what they do is one night plus taxes but nope paid full price and they refuse to reply to me
Pool was clean mostly quiet throughout the night and always ready to help staff at front desk.
