Woke up in the middle of the night to roaches couldn’t move my things. Got pics of one not the others that scurried away when I turned on the light. Spoke to the front desk about it who assured me his manager would help then they refused to help at all. Poor business management and roaches in the rooms. Do not stay there
I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I travel for work and stay in hotels over two thirds of the year. And I know what a nasty motel is But this is not it. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable Plenty of pillows. Water was hot and the TV worked. I don't need much more than that. And for the people complaining about bugs, they were probably lying. It is an older hotel, but it seems like it's gone through some refurbishing.And I will definitely stay here again
They charged us $150 USD claiming that their bed topper was missing after we checked out. We are Canadians so they probably easy to cheat Canadians out of their hard earned money. Last week on Friday, I talked to a girl at their front desk there and I told her that we have stayed in many many US hotels over the years and never stole and never been accused of stealing and would never ever think of doing such a thing. The tv broke which they fixed it. The rooms were run down however it was only $55 so get what you pay for. The room was clean but NO hot water!! The hot water is why I give the rating I did.
Stay was perfect for a stop over in Kingman.
