Staff was rude rooms were filthy i had to move rooms because of issues in 1st room as far as cleanliness and stuff not working. So I get moved and the sink tub are backed up. And mice droppings in bathroom the staff was rude. And kept arguing with me over a charge for my dog that I had already paid. I was ready to eat the cost and move hotels but couldn't. horrible place I will never stay there again. Stay away from here...

Do not stay here. I accidentally booked this hotel instead of a different one down the road. I cannot even bring myself to get undressed let alone walk on the carpet in my socks. Broken tile in the shower waiting to fall on you if you dare to take a shower. Fan vent not secured to the ceiling. No handsoap, probably didn't think to put any at the sink since the level of clean is so sub par. Ketchup stuck to the desk. Graffitti on the nightstand. Toilet seat needed repalcing 10 years ago. This was the worst motel room I've stayed in the last several years! I had no hot water in my room and the television was not working. I told the front desk about the water situation and was ignore. Would not put me in another room! I took a cold shower and couldn't spend the evening watching TV. In the morning I asked to speak to the manager but she was not on duty. Well we were told that we had 5 minutes to get everything done as far as making a reservation cuz he was closing the office for the night thank God I was able to do that and then after the transaction was complete he then told us there was a $30 deposit we only had a $20 bill and he gladly took it he said I will be returned when we check out but we haven't checked out yet I'll let you guys know if we get the money back or not the customer service was very impatient and dry no customer service skills that I could speak of the... read more
