As I pulled back the bed covers to check for bed bugs. I saw this disgusting horror! It had a large amount of stains from all bodily fluids! It was stained, yellow, brown, reddish. It looked like a crime scene! I called to get a new clean mattress cover. She arrived, refused to come in, and proceeded to tell me, "you not sleeping on that. There's a sheet and another mattress cover under you." I couldn't get a new one because there is only one per room! I was mortified! Great people n Super affordable.. crappy hard mattress but a large clean room that got the job done.
too many issues mostly run down and I need of repairs.
