So, it's a place to sleep, and that's about it. I mean, it's clean, but the towels are too small, the soaps and cleaning products are strongly scented which sets off my allergies. And they are stingy with the pillows, my wife asked for extra pillows and they said they didn't have any. The next day the guy gave me some so I think the girl was just being lazy. All in all, it's cheap and it's a bed. Just don't expect much more than that
I had reservations but unfortunately do to weather was unable to keep them, when I called to cancel reservations do to severe conditions, I asked if they understood and they said yes... how they where not going to refund and of my prepayment, which shows zero empathy or compassion to our situation, sorry but I will never stay there
The receptionist was awesomely nice, very helpful getting where I needed to go. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. Safe, clean and convenient location was a plus.
