Front desk lady was a beaut and set up a late check in for us and was wonderful. But that's where the good experiences ended and the bad began. The cleaner continued to knock on my door 4 separate times waking me up after all night drive. He then tried to have the neighbour clean up dog shit that wasn't his. Rather disgusting of a human being the guy is.
Extremely bad service, went for lunch with my sister and 5 year old son. Sat in the diner area and was served with very little patients. Kristina had 0 manners threw my drink on table after the messed up the first one. So we proceeded to move to the bar as the service was horrid. Once we got to a table in the bar area, we had the bar service lady come up and tell us that we are being kicked out and our orders were canceled. Most of the Motels and Hotels in Kenora are owned by the same people, and they are running a monopoly. The prices are from 170-280 and are 10% cheaper online for some reason. They need to stop ripping people off.
