horrible experience! customer service was super rude. they accused me of stealing when clearly they could see i didn’t. did not try to resolve the situation. this was supposed to be a pleasant rest stop and it turned into a nightmare. I would not recommend!
Their rooms were good. I liked the little attention to detail the backdrop in the shower and the pictures behind the beds. Would be nice if the tvs were on regular TV instead of nextflix. I couldn't figure out how to get it on regular TV. But other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows
Easy access on and off the highway. Ample well lit parking lot and situated in an area full of accessible grocery stores , convenience stores , fast food eateries and a Walmart. All these are well within walking distance from your room. The owner is very friendly .
