It was OK for a one night stay,guite need some TLC,just OK!
Great spot in regards to location to Kemah; friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff about the places to eat and where to just walk around. Will definitely come back in the future.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Infested with bed bugs, big ones too, and they don’t care. There’s no way the room was cleaned and no one noticed anything, we were checked in for 5 minutes today before one crawled on us. Have video of the manger refusing to refund us and being incredibly rude, as well as video of the bed bugs crawling on the bed. Super fast check in, the service and location were great location being the best. Centrally located near all of kemah businesses . Walmart restaurants and the boardwalk within a mile. The room was okay. 2 queen beds, they were comfy for the night. The bed side table lamp when turned on looked like we were at a rave, flashing on and off constantly. We told the man downstairs and he said he would send someone to replace the bulb (it clearly wasn't a bulb issue lol) but he didnt send anyone while we were there. Hopefully they g... read more
