Booked on 10/13/25. BEWARE OF COMING TO THIS HOTEL. THE FRONT DESK WHO WERE ASSIGNED DURING DAYS WAS VERY VERY RUDE EXTREMELY RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RESPECTFUL. WE CHECKED OUT AND WE HANG OUT IN THE LOBBY WITH MY DAUGHTER AND SISTER. WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS EATING HER CEREALS ON THE LOBBY TABLE. Great Stay Here! Good Prices, Breakfast Included, +Pool Clean Rooms/Space- Happy who works at the front desk is wonderful! He does everything to make sure guests have everything they need and the hotel staff all together are a great team, housekeeping did a great job. If you have a little extra time on your trip make sure to say hello to Happy at the front desk!
DRIED BLOOD ON THE SHEETS Should have gotten a red flag when I read the sign saying they were hiring for house keeping… I was going to stay just for a short day so I wouldn’t have to drive back home from Kemah. I checked in, dropped my stuff off & left to the boardwalk. When I came back I sat in the couch in the room and started to feel a bit itchy so I decided to take a shower to wash off the fun day I had.
