Rooms were pretty nice. Lots of counter space to place things. Kids loved the outdoor pool

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I have no complaints about the service. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing. When we checked in, we discovered the sink in our room was clogged. While the front desk addressed it and took few hours to fixed it but it was not a great start. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! There were always drug addicts right at the entrance to the hotel The room was very dirty, probably the only thing that was clean was the bed linen, the floors were dirty (they never wash them), they left the remains of a roll of toilet paper, there was only one new roll for 3 nights, and for a room for 4 people they only gave 2 towels and 3 cups for coffee.
