I had trouble with the staff and my room since my first night. I booked this as a park sleep fly hotel online and when I got here the woman at the front told me I needed to pay everyday for parking, when it came with what I already paid for online. I got back from my trip and I still had two days left at the hotel. I got back around 1 am and the woman at the front, again, tried to get me to pay for a whole nother night. WARNING: All of the negative reviews I read turned out to be true. The positive reviews seem to be from guests who were simply lucky enough not to experience the same issues. I stayed here for three days. Overall, I think this place is reasonably priced while being conveniently close to IAH. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep and store your belongings, it may be worth considering. But for that price, you can't really ask for much. Missed my flight and days inn accommodated me with a suite/hot tub. The hot tub was very much needed and very relaxing. I was in such a hurry a left a special $10 item. They made sure I received my property. I would definitely do them again and recommend
