"Breakfast" was a great disappointment, we ended up going out all 3 mornings of our stay. They have no concept of disability, I'm not wheel chair bound but walking is extremely difficult. So with no elevator, after we had already paid for our stay, they put us on the 2nd floor claiming no rooms were available on the 1st. There were times I sat in the car because I wasn't sure I could make it up the stairs. Looking forward to getting out of here tomorrow. Was surprised by this hotel! Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was very nice and clean. The service was friendly and simple. The only reason for not 5 stars is the hotel had an odd smell but for a cheaper place I was impressed.
Nice rooms, overpriced but still one of the less expensive options in the area. Less than to minutes from Holland, 15 minutes to Saugatuk.
Had a good stay here! The location is awesome, being so near downtown holland. You couldn’t easily walk to it but definitely bike or drive. The room was clean and updated. The front desk service was kind, but our room was unfortunately never cleaned while we were there. Great snacks and coffee to pick from in the morning before you leave for the day. For the price and the location though, a great spot for a quick trip to Holland!
