I had an extremely disappointing experience with Days Inn by Wyndham Hillsborough. I booked a room directly with the hotel and received a confirmation number. The guest, also called the hotel several times to let them know he would be arriving late. When he arrived, the front desk told him there was no reservation and no room available.
