This place is very beat up. The nicest things are the plants in the lobby. The staff is friendly and try their best. But the place is so run down I imagine it's like putting lipstick on a pig. $80 is too expensive for this place. Good option if you have absolutely no other options.

I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the terrible service provided by the administration. I lost a very important document and received a call assuring me that it was found. When I arrived, the answers were contradictory and unprofessional: first, they said it had been delivered to the police, then they claimed they didn’t know where it was, and finally admitted it was lost by the office itself. The document is worth around $700, and now I have to spend the money and time to replace it due to their negligence. ... read more
