stayed there in august last 2 summers - was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, with a friendly staff, good breakfast and a pool... handy if it rains. close to the park and restaurants. The staff/management really does a good job with what they've got here.
Great experience
Clean, up to date room. Building and surrounding landscape very well taken care of. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Fee morning breakfast was a wonderful treat.
The first issue that arose with this place is that our electronic doorknob died, which meant that right before our dinner reservation we had to switch rooms. There was no maintenance worker at the time. Then, we realized the bathtub/shower was DISGUSTING (seen in photo) it looks like mildew/mold or some other unspecified stain. The floor was also sticky and the bathroom overall looked unsanitary. The next day, our room keys did not work yet again. We paid for 3 nights stay. The accommodations were nice. Breakfast needs to be more than bread, bagels, pancakes, etc. Staff seemed friendly. The morning after checkout, I realized I had left my Hoka tennis shoes at the end of the bed in room 220. I called the hotel to let them know my sister (from Hershey) would pick them up. The shoes were nowhere to be found.
