It was ok for the price but they need to do something with the black mold in the bathroom over the tub. And needs to fix the nobs on the tub/shower.

There was no hot water when I tried to shower this morning, and I found bugs in my hotel room. When I addressed this with the hotel staff, they then failed to provide reimbursement of any kind, instead offering a hand written discount card for 50% off, for just their hotel in Hays, KS. Which was absolutely worthless, given I'm traveling and not coming back. 😐 Terrible impression, and failed to provide basic necessities such as hot water, bugs in the room, and no reimbursement? Do yourself a favor, and stay anywhere else.

Very nice, clean room. Allowed my pup (for a fee) and put us in a room where it was easy for him to go right outside our room to "do his business" so his 16 year old legs didn't have to go very far! In the morning, checked out the breakfast. All items were LUKEWARM.. Coffee, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits all barely warm. No juice, yogurt or fresh fruit at all. Went elsewhere to eat.

Hotel was wonderful but the number of emails asking for reviews is frankly ridiculous. Two months later and I'm still getting requests. Trying to unsubscribe takes you to extremely specific types of emails to unsubscribe from, so you have to unsubscribe from each type. Frankly ruined my impression of my stay with all of the begging.
