When we checked in to our room, we immediately noticed that our toilet was running. The toilet handle was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush. My fiance had to stick his hand in the back of the toilet tank and get it to flush. Very noisy and loud people out in the parking lot in front of our unit, playing loud music and yelling/partying until around 1am. I had trouble falling and staying asleep due to this. I won’t be returning to this hotel..
We asked for dog friendly but got a very smoky and filthy room. We asked for a change and the next room was worse. No discount for their filthy conditions. I called Manager Randy who didn’t care and blamed housekeeping instead of owning the responsibility of having nice rooms for families to stay. A shameful place to call a business. I wouldn’t be proud to run a filthy place like this.
