Absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked into the room the smell was just stale cigarettes (non-smoking I don't think so). My daughter went to use the bathroom right away and couldn't close the door, I think the door had like 5 layers of paint on it and it was so sticky/tacky your hand would stick to it when trying to push shut. Door aside the dead bugs on the bathroom floor were disgusting along with the dirt/dust build up along the bathtub I don't think the floors have been cleaned for a while. When we checked in to our room, we immediately noticed that our toilet was running. The toilet handle was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush. My fiance had to stick his hand in the back of the toilet tank and get it to flush. Very noisy and loud people out in the parking lot in front of our unit, playing loud music and yelling/partying until around 1am. I had trouble falling and staying asleep due to this. I won’t be returning to this hotel..

We asked for dog friendly but got a very smoky and filthy room. We asked for a change and the next room was worse. No discount for their filthy conditions. I called Manager Randy who didn’t care and blamed housekeeping instead of owning the responsibility of having nice rooms for families to stay. A shameful place to call a business. I wouldn’t be proud to run a filthy place like this.
