This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was literally S#I+ on the bathroom floor, bugs in the tub. The rooms were musty and smelled terribly of smoke (we switched rooms because the AC in the first room didn't work). I asked to cancel and get a refund. The manager was kind and agreed that the room was not okay. She called the owner (Raj) and after viewing photos he agreed to a refund. Long story short he declined the refund and Hotels.com will not pursue for me.
For the price the room wasn't bad. There is a no smoking policy with a $200 cleaning fee if you smoke. However, our room smelt really bad of marijuana smoke. We told front desk and we were moved to a different room. The listing stated free breakfast which we never found but they did have good coffee.
Nice clean room for a decent price, seems very quiet.
