!!!!***UPDATE*** !!!! Made a reservation by phone for a room for August 22. Plans changed so I called to cancel it. They had no record of my reservation. Started looking through my bank transactions and the desk person apparently made the reservation for July 22 and my card was charged because I didn’t show. My plans were not for July and now the motel won’t own up to their mistakes UPDATE. Refund was made and all is good.
