Roach motel. Floors dirty. Disgusting smell. The owner needs to put this place into the dirt. When my sister and I got back from our outing. We saw a roach on her bed. Looking for more and they were everywhere. NEVER SLEEP HERE EVER! UNLESS YOU LIKE COCKROACHES! La Cucaracha la Cucaracha
Room had bugs. Tv didn’t work. No WiFi. Needs to be remodeled.
Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a wheelchair accessible room. When it came to check in time, we were advised that there was no accessible room available, in spite of the reservation made directly through the Wyndham website. Instead, we were offered a 2 queen room ON THE SECOND FLOOR with only stairs to get there. Not exactly wheelchair friendly or usable. The room didn't look like the picture on the website. The lamp was broken, no alarm clock, tv only half worked, the sink and shower both had a leak. Site said breakfast was 6:30-9:30 I went down at 8:50 and everything was already emptied and shut down. Housekeeping walked in on my husband naked without knocking (9:15), announcing their presence, etc. Told the lady at the desk and she blew it off.
