Water coming from the floor in several ground floor rooms, can only suspect molding
Black mold everywhere in the room and cockroachs literally all over the room and kept lying about the management going to move me to another room and never gave me towels or new bedding and lied to me about giving me my refund and only gave me my security deposit back stay away from this hotel I'm dead serious
Definitely do not ever stay here they are so lucky I’m not from this state was stranded because of my because of my vehicle repair ! But No room service ! No towels ! No breakfast ! No customer service ! They will try to go in your room at the hotel be very careful ! I booked a room on Thursday to check in on Saturday. I paid the room in full at time of booking. When I got to the hotel they said they were full and had no rooms available and refused to honor my reservation. They acknowledged they had my reservation. They told me they already refunded my money which they have not done. Hard to communicate satisfactorily because the person's english was poor. It may have been a blessing in disguise because it really does look nasty.
Price was good, beds were good. Cleaning could be a tad better. No issues that could not be resolved by the owner. Prompt response to issue.
