SLOW AND INCOMPETENT! DO NOT COME HERE! I had to wait forever to get very basic service at this location and got HUNG UP on - system hung up on my multiple times without explanation and I was completely unable to get a hold of a live person. Staff here definitely needs to update the system and improve themselves. I won't be coming here - keep driving to Nashville, where I imagine things are much better! 0/10

Room was clean. Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Don’t look at the 1 star review from Karen. A cat in no way is a service animal. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals in the great free state of Tennessee, thank God!!!
This is a well maintained older hotel property. The room was clean, the water hot, and the staff friendly. The owner made sure I had a parking spot in view of his cameras since I was busy during the day and leaving my truck and all of my gear here. Can not ask more from a hotel at any price.
