Clean rooms, convenient location and nice staff.
Save yourself the time and money DO NOT STAY HERE the lady at the desk doesn't know her job we literally had to do it all for her the room was around back in a basement looking spot when we got in there the beds were disgusting we wouldn't even sit on them then the cockroaches came out we killed 5 after looking into it we found bugs everywhere dead and alive it's midnight at this point and now we're having to demand a refund and find another hotel to stay at if i could give less than a star I would someone needs to inspect a... read more
Checked with no issues. Woke up to bug in the tub- ROACHES and the water smells like sewerage. NASTY ceackhead hotel. They clearly don’t care about the property
The beds are very hard. The room door didn't feel secure. I went to check out at 10 am 3 days early and waited 30 minutes. No one managing desk. Had to leave key with someone else that works there and had to find her as she was working on a room. Left early and got another room somewhere else.
SLOW AND INCOMPETENT! DO NOT COME HERE! I had to wait forever to get very basic service at this location and got HUNG UP on - system hung up on my multiple times without explanation and I was completely unable to get a hold of a live person. Staff here definitely needs to update the system and improve themselves. I won't be coming here - keep driving to Nashville, where I imagine things are much better! 0/10
